4 thin-sliced chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon (zested and juiced)

Directions
- Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, the
zest and juice of 1 lemon, salt, and pepper.
Place 4 thin-sliced chicken breasts in the marinade, making sure they’re fully coated. Cover and marinate for
at least 15 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator. - Grill the Chicken:
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any
excess.
Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, or until nicely charred and fully cooked (internal temperature
should reach 165°F/74°C). - Serve:
Serve the grilled chicken with grilled vegetables or a side of quinoa. Garnish with lemon slices for extra
