Ingredients
- 4 thin-sliced chicken breasts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions
- Prepare the Chicken:
Pat 4 thin-sliced chicken breasts dry and season them with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge the chicken in 1/2
cup of flour, shaking off any excess. - Sauté the Chicken:
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes
on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. - Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons capers. Bring the
sauce to a simmer, scraping the pan to release the browned bits. - Finish the Dish:
Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter to thicken the sauce. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3
minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or a green salad. in the butter to create a

- Use fresh lemon juice for the sauce, as it adds a more vibrant flavor than bottled juice. If you love a richer sauce, you can add a tablespoon of butter at the end. Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes to soak up the delicious sauce.
