Ingredients
4 beef round steaks (about 1.5 lbs total)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/4 lbs mushroom sliced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- 1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Season 4 beef round steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Thinly slice 1 medium onion.

Place the onion slices in the bottom of the slow cooker.
