1 lb beef round steak, thinly sliced into strips
2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon minced ginger

1 bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced

Directions
- 1. Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1
tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon minced ginger, and 2 minced garlic cloves.
Add 1 lb of thinly sliced beef round steak to the marinade and mix well to coat the beef. Cover and marinate
